Electronic Fee Payment Now Available via Mobile Application Effective March 14^th, 2025

The Orange County Superior Court is pleased to announce the launch of our upgraded mobile application for Civil and Probate cases, effective March 14th, 2025. This version introduces a new feature that enables parties to securely pay the below fees directly through the mobile application, providing greater convenience and efficiency.

• Court reporting services lasting one hour or less
• Court reporter per diem fees lasting more than one hour (half/full day)
• Small Claims continuance fee
• Conservatorship investigation fee (initial/review)

Background
Attorneys and litigants can use the Court’s mobile application to attend hearings remotely. However, the app does not currently offer a fee payment feature. Parties are required to visit the Clerk’s Office to make their payment in person.

What’s New
Effective March 14th, 2025, the current mobile application will be upgraded to allow parties to submit fee payments online. This enhancement is designed to streamline the payment process, reduce the need for in-person transactions, and improve overall accessibility.

Parties will be able to make payments securely via the mobile application 24 hours a day, seven days a week, eliminating the necessity of waiting in line at the Civil Clerk’s Office
