Implementation of Revised Local Rule 704 in Family Law Cases: Modified Filing Deadline for Domestic Violence Ex Parte Applications

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE:

Effective September 01, 2024, under revised Local Rule 704, Domestic Violence Ex Parte applications must be filed by 2:00 p.m. for same-day rulings. Domestic Violence Ex Parte applications shall be issued or denied on the same day if received by 2:00 p.m. Submissions after 2:00 p.m. shall be issued or denied by or on the next court day.
