The Orange County Superior Court is excited to announce the implementation of a new case management system for Records and Exhibits Management (REM). The system will facilitate the tracking of physical evidence, ensuring its integrity and introducing new efficiencies.

For your awareness, the electronic evidence portal will be unavailable from Friday, May 31, 2024, through Sunday, June 2, 2024, to allow for the configuration and testing of the physical evidence application.

Notifications will be posted on our website detailing the planned downtime for the electronic evidence portal.

The newly implemented system will be integrated with the existing electronic evidence system, enabling the REM team to seamlessly track both physical and electronic exhibits.
