OCBA member Dustin Bodaghi in the Irvine office of Littler, the world’s largest employment and labor law practice representing management, have been elevated to shareholder, effective January 1, 2023. Across its U.S. and Mexico offices, the firm elevated 28 attorneys to shareholder status.

Bodaghi represents employers in all areas of labor and employment law with a focus on class and Private Attorneys General Act lawsuits alleging wage and hour violations. He has also defended clients against claims of wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment and unfair competition, and has significant trial experience, having participated in multiple trials.

Bodaghi earned his J.D. from the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco and his B.A., cum laude, from the University of California, Berkeley.
