Santa Ana, CA – Judge Matthew Anderson will be hosting a Graduation Ceremony on December 13, 2022, honoring five successful participants, and celebrating 1,000+ graduates from the Harbor Justice Center DUI Treatment Court since 2004.

“We are gathering to celebrate a milestone event: the Harbor Justice Center DUI Treatment Program will exceed 1,000 graduates since its establishment in 2004,” said Judge Matthew S. Anderson. “Five new graduates will be honored that day with their friends and families in attendance.”

The event honors individuals who have completed an intensive program of comprehensive substance use disorder treatment, close supervision, and accountability.

The celebration will also highlight Collaborative Treatment Court stakeholders, including District Attorney, Public Defender, Probation Department, Health Care Agency, Sheriff’s Department, Superior Court, community support groups, DUI Court participants, and alumni.
