Message from Hispanic Bar Association of Orange County

We are deeply saddened by the passing of Judge Frank Ospino. His passing leaves our community mourning the loss of one of the great ones. Judge Ospino was truly the definition of living the American Dream. Coming from an immigrant family, he was the first in his family to attend college and he entered the legal profession with a commitment to help those in need and he truly made a difference in every life he touched. We had the privilege to be a part of his journey and witness his dedication, compassion, humbleness and excellence. He was truly one of a kind. Our hearts are heavy, our thoughts and prayers go out to his family and loved ones. He will be terribly missed and we will strive to continue his legacy by following the trail he blazed.
