Snell & Wilmer announced that member Mark Foster has been elected to join the firm’s partnership. Foster joins 10 other Snell & Wilmer attorneys elected to partner and one attorney elected to counsel. These positions will be effective March 1.
Foster is a 1998 graduate of the University of Southern California, Gould School of Law and has been in the firm’s Orange County office in the Real Estate practice group since 2016. Foster’s practice is concentrated on the representation of institutional owners, operators and developers, as well as financial institutions and investors focused on equity investments, joint venture formations, acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, real estate-related lending, and debt restructuring, workouts and reorganizations. He is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association, the Orange County Bar Association, and the Association of Corporate Counsel, as well as being a licensed real estate broker in California and a LEED® Accredited Professional. In his community, Foster is a member of the Board of Directors of Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) of Orange County, the Board of Directors of Boys Hope Girls Hope of Southern California, the Board of Advisors for the Building Block Foundation Fund in Orange County, and a member of the Corona Del Mar High School Boosters. He is admitted to practice law in California.
