OCBA member Andrew Crane joined Fisher Phillips, a national labor and employment law firm representing employers, as an associate in its Irvine office.
Crane focuses on labor and employment litigation, defending employers in class and collective wage-and-hour claims, as well as single-plaintiff employment discrimination, harassment and retaliation matters. He represents clients in a variety of industries, including retail, healthcare and non-profit. Crane joins the firm from CalOptima in Orange County.
During law school, Crane served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Kathleen Mulligan at the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Honorable Ernest M. Robles of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California.
He earned his J.D. from the University of Southern California, Gould School of Law in 2012, where he was a member of the Southern California Interdisciplinary Law Journal, and his B.A., cum laude, from Boston College in 2006.
