OCBA member Brittany Horth Urig joins Outwater & Pinckes, LLP as its newest litigation associate attorney.
Ms. Urig’s experience is both broad and diverse, which includes an in-house counsel position at Epson America, Inc. and a prior associate position at Latham & Watkins, LLP. At Epson, she counseled its executive team, and respective departments, regarding contract negotiations, real estate projects, trade developments, marketing initiatives, privacy and security matters, and other business matters. Prior to joining Epson, Ms. Urig was an associate attorney at Latham & Watkins LLP from 2014 to 2017, at which time she represented clients in complex real estate, finance, and corporate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, joint ventures and restructurings.
Ms. Urig was also a student attorney for CRF-OC’s Mock Trial program while she was a student at Woodbridge High School in Irvine. OCBA members David Outwater and Randi Pinckes, the two founding partners of Outwater & Pinckes, LLP, were her high school mock trial coaches and are very proud to have Ms. Horth Urig as part of the “Outwater & Pinckes family.”
She earned her J.D., cum laude, from Harvard Law School in 2014. She received her B.A., summa cum laude and with honors, from University of California, Los Angeles in 2010.
