OCBA members Philip Azzara, Lizbeth Ochoa, and Spencer Waldron were announced as new partners at Fisher & Phillips LLP.

Azzara's practice is focused on defending employment-related lawsuits and administrative claims on a variety of issues, including discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and wage and hour. He also devotes a significant portion of his practice to advising clients on personnel matters, wage and hour compliance, company policy, and providing preventive advice.

Ochoa represents and counsels employers on various employment-related matters, including discrimination, unlawful harassment, wrongful termination, unfair business practices and wage and hour issues.

Waldron is an aggressive litigator who has successfully represented clients in mediation, arbitration, in front of governmental agencies, as well as state and federal court proceedings.  Spencer has special experience in the areas of wage and hour laws, employee compensation plans, laws regulating drug testing and background checks, and harassment/discrimination claims.
