OCBA members Scott Satkin, Jasmine Shams, and Stephanie Talavera join Newmeyer & Dillion LLP as its newest associates. Each attorney help to diversify the firm’s approach to its clients.
Satkin will support clients as it relates to cybersecurity and litigation, having already authored an alert to keep clients abreast of a malicious virus spreading throughout smart home devices.
Shams will support the Labor & Employment group by leveraging her experience representing management throughout all stages of litigation before federal courts, state courts, and administrative agencies.
Talavera will be a resource to the firm’s clients in the areas of land use and environmental law. Prior to joining the firm, Talavera worked alongside experts, agency officials and policymakers to draft reports on a variety of environmental projects.
