OCBA member James Yang joined the intellectual property law firm of Klein, O’Neill & Singh LLP as a Partner.  Yang’s practice encompasses all areas of intellectual property with a focus on patents and trademarks.  Yang has spent the past 14 years securing intellectual property rights for inventors and businesses throughout Orange County, California.

Yang received his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Cal Poly Pomona and his J.D. from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles in 2003.
