OCBA member Derek D. Dundas has joined Pepper Hamilton LLP as a partner in the Corporate and Securities Practice Group in the Orange County office.

Dundas, formerly a partner at Rutan & Tucker, focuses his practice on traditional corporate counseling and mergers and acquisitions work in the emerging-growth business and venture capital areas. Dundas has counseled public and private companies in a variety of industries, and has represented issuers, private equity firms and investment banks in public and private debt and equity offerings. 

Dundas received his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and earned his B.A. in Economics from the University of California at Los Angeles.
