The OCBA is pleased to announce that OCBA member Anne E. Dwyer, an associate in Snell & Wilmer’s Orange County office, has been elected to the board of directors the American Red Cross Serving Orange County. Dwyer began her three-year term on July 19, 2017.
The American Red Cross was founded in the 1880’s and has been tasked by the federal government with providing services to members of the American armed forces and their families as well as providing disaster relief in the United States and around the world. The American Red Cross Serving Orange County works closely with local emergency management and other partners to coordinate ongoing relief efforts in order to prevent and alleviate human suffering in the face of emergencies by mobilizing the power of volunteers and the generosity of donors.
Dwyer’s practice is concentrated in employment litigation and counseling. She provides clients with counseling on a wide range of employment matters including wage and hour issues, employee medical leave, termination decisions and policy drafting.
She received her J.D., magna cum laude, from Loyola Law School and is a current member of the Orange County Bar Association, Labor and Employment Law Section. For the full press release, click here.
