The OCBA is pleased to share that Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP named OCBA member Randall J. Wood as one of the firm's newest partners. Wood has advised on deals having an aggregate value in excess of $10 billion. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, venture capital financing, and emerging business matters.
