OCBA Past President and 2016 Franklin G. West Honoree Dean Zipser, founding partner of Umberg/Zipser LLP, will step into the role of Constitutional Rights Foundation of Orange County President beginning July 1, 2017. Zipser succeeds OCBA member Richard Grabowski as president.
