OCBA member Mark Foster, counsel at the Orange County office of Snell & Wilmer, was announced as a member of the board of directors for Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) of Orange County. He began his three-year term with CASA of Orange County on Feb. 1, 2017.
CASA of Orange County is a non-profit organization founded in 1985 to serve the needs of severely abused, neglected and abandoned children. Each year, the group works with about 750 children who enter our court system as a direct cause of abuse and neglect. Volunteers serve these children through a unique one-on-one relationship with trained and supervised court appointed volunteer advocates.
Foster has also served as a member of the Facilities Committee of The Pegasus School since 2011, the Board of Directors of Obria Medical Clinics since 2004, and the Board of Directors of Andrei Olenicoff Memorial Foundation since 2005.
