The Orange County Hispanic Bar Association will honor announced OCBA Member Robert Cohen, executive director of Legal Aid Society of Orange County, as its 2017 Hon. Francisco Briseño Lifetime Achievement Award recipient. The award was created in honor of Judge Briseño, who was the longest-serving judge in Orange County at the time of his retirement in 2014.
