The Orange County Bar Foundation (OCBF) recognized OCBA Board member Steven Hittelman (Hittelman Strunk Law Group LLP) as well as OCBA members Hon. Richard Vogl, Ret. and Carolyn McKitterick at its 2015 Society of Fellows Recognition Reception & Annual Meeting, which was held Tuesday, Dec. 8, 2015, at First American Financial Corporation in Santa Ana.

McKitterick received the 22nd Annual Robert Samuel Barnes Award, or "Sammy" Award, while Hittelman and Comm. Vogl received the 2015 Society of Fellows Distinguished Award and Distinguished Judicial Award, respectively.

In addition, OCBF’s Outstanding Community Partner Awards were given to Advanced Depositions and Hands of Mercy Food Bank, while Santa Ana Unified School District Teacher Lori Cervantes received the Outstanding Academic Partner Award.

David Thompson (Court of Appeal) served as Master of Ceremonies, while 2015 OCBF President and OCBA Masters Division Secretary Chris Wesierski (Wesierski & Zurek LLP) helped recognize OCBF volunteers and supporters.
