OCBA member and Snell & Wilmer Partner Eric Pezold has been appointed to the Constitutional Rights Foundation, Orange County Board of Directors.
CRF-OC's mission is to instill in our nation’s youth a deeper understanding of citizenship through values expressed in our Constitution and its Bill of Rights, and to educate young people to become active and responsible participants in our society. CRF-OC is dedicated to assuring our country’s future by investing in our youth today. CRF-OC is a non-profit, non-partisan, community-based organization dedicated to educating America's young people about the importance of civic participation in a democratic society. Under the guidance of a Board of Directors chosen from the worlds of law, business, government, education, the media, and the community, CRF-OC develops, produces, and distributes programs and materials to teachers, students, and public-minded citizens all across the nation.
At Snell & Wilmer, Pezold’s practice is concentrated primarily in bankruptcy, reorganization, creditor’s rights, foreclosure, receivership, Assignments for the Benefit of Creditors (ABCs), and workout law; federal and state court commercial and business litigation; and real estate tax investments. Pezold has been an active member of CRF-OC since 2009. He joined the Career Forum Committee in 2011, where he has served as co-chair since 2014.
