Umberg Zipser LLP is pleased to announce that OCBA Board member Scott Garner and OCBA member Todd Smith have joined the firm as a partner and senior associate, respectively.

Garner received a J.D., cum laude, from Harvard Law School in 1991 and a B.A. with distinction from Stanford University in 1988.

Smith received his J.D. from University of Southern California Law School in 2002 and a B.A. with honors from UC San Diego in 1995.
