The Celtic Bar Association of Orange County has named Hon. Nancy Wieben Stock (Ret.) as its 2015 Judge of the Year. The award was presented during the CBA's 15th Annual Samhain Eve Celebration, which took place on Sunday, Nov. 1, 2015, at the home of Wylie and Bette Aitken in Anaheim.
