Mr. Padilla has more than 10 years of complex commercial litigation experience, with special expertise in environmental and land use matters. Gabe, who was previously a litigation associate with Bingham McCutchen and Arnold & Porter, has significant experience representing corporate clients and municipalities in environmental litigation matters, including Proposition 65 claims, RCRA, CERCLA, CWA, and CAA regulatory matters, and will be assisting the firm’s growing environmental practice led by Kim Bick.
