OCBA member and Snell & Wilmer Associate Lindsey Martínez has been invited by the George Washington Law Alumni Association (GWLAA) to serve on its Board of Directors for a three-year term.
The GWLAA exists to promote The George Washington Law School by engaging its alumni in the activities of, and in support of, the school. The organization is involved with student-alumni relations, alumni events and organizations, and career and professional development.
At Snell & Wilmer, Martínez concentrates her practice on business, franchise, intellectual property and construction litigation in state and federal court. She represents both large and small businesses in intellectual property and other litigation matters, including trademark, trade secret, unfair competition, patent, breach of contract, fraud, business dissolution, and various business torts. Martínez is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese and is proficient in Japanese. She is a member of the firm’s Women’s Initiative and is active in pro bono work assisting indigent non-immigrant victims of crime.
