Penelope Parmes has joined the Troutman Sanders LLP Orange County office as a partner in its bankruptcy practice. Penelope practices business insolvency law, with a particular focus on representing non-debtors in workouts and bankruptcy matters. Her clients include secured creditors, landlords, buyers and sellers, trade creditors, and other parties affected by financial insolvency.
