SPRING MENTORING CAFÉ

The OCBA Mentoring Committee invites all OCBA members in practice 5 years or less to sign up as a Protégé to be paired with a Mentor for an informal 30-minute coffee break at a date and time that works for you. This is a great opportunity for young lawyers to engage, ask a Mentor questions and receive immediate responses in an informal setting.

TO SIGN UP AS A PROTÉGÉ
If you are an OCBA Member in practice 5 years or less, register for this event by emailing mentoring@ocbar.org and include:

• Your Practice Area
• Law School
• Any Special Practice Notes:
  (e.g. interested in practicing abroad, aspire to be a judge, etc.)
• Whether You Prefer In-Person or Virtual Communication

TO SIGN UP AS A MENTOR
OCBA members in practice 7+ years are encouraged to sign up. (An invitation to attend an optional 30-minute virtual orientation for Mentors will be sent to you once you are matched.) Register for this event by emailing mentoring@ocbar.org and include:

• Years in Practice
• Your Practice Area
• Law School
• Whether You Prefer In-Person or Virtual Communication

Participants will be notified of their match via email. Each Mentor/Protégé pair will arrange a date, time and mode of communication that works best for their meeting.
