OCBA 12 MONTH CORE MENTORING PROGRAM

The OCBA's 12 Month Core Mentoring Program is now accepting applications for the 2024-2025 program.

OCBA attorney members that are looking for a mentor or would like to be one, are encouraged to participate in the program.

This 12 month program will provide newer lawyers or lawyers looking to make a change in their area of practice with a helpful, independent resource to assist in their career development.

Participant protégés will be matched with an experienced, active OCBA attorney mentor available in such areas as ethics and professionalism, practice and law office management, general lawyering skills and business/client development.
