Littler has elevated OCBA member Heather Peck to shareholder status, effective Friday, Jan. 1, 2016.
Peck represents employers in matters involving privacy and data protection issues, discrimination and harassment, wrongful termination, the Fair Employment and Housing Act, and the Americans with Disabilities Act, among others. She has appeared before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and other state and federal administrative agencies. Peck earned her J.D. from the Santa Clara University School of Law, her M.A. from the University of Amsterdam, and her B.A. from San Jose State University.
